Court Commissioner – Superior Court

Job Description

The Mason County Superior Court is now accepting applications for the position of Court Commissioner.  Applicants must be licensed attorneys in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.

Examples of Duties
The Commissioner will preside over court dockets, including but not limited to:  Therapeutic Courts, Involuntary Treatment Court, Probate/Guardianships, Domestic Relations, Domestic Violence and Anti-harassment, Ex Parte, and other matters the Court assigns.

Minimum Qualifications
JD degree (or equivalent)
Good standing with the Washington State BAR Association
