Planning Manager

Job Description

This position performs administrative and supervisory work as the Planning Manager within the Planning department.  The position allocated to this class assists in the management of the Current & Land Use Planning Section of the Department of Planning in its planning activities, zoning, administrative and enforcement activities, and any special projects.  Work is performed with considerable independence and under the general supervision and the direction of the Planning Director.  Supervision is exercised directly over professional planners.
