Description
Assists in planning, organizing and coordinating the emergency management program for Mason County and performs a variety of support activities.

Minimum Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job. A typical way to obtain knowledge and abilities would be:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of progressively responsible emergency management experience
Completion of required National Incident Management System (NIMS) -Incident Command System
(ICS) training courses (currently – 100, 200, 700. 800, 300, and 400)
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
A valid driver’s license is required for this position
